As the founder of both PropertyNvestors, LLC and Meyer Appraisal, Inc, Roy Meyer has an extensive background in construction, valuing real estate and real estate investing. He is the creative mind and visionary behind the PropertyNvestors, LLC team and has developed a variety of creative financing strategies and alternative investment models that have placed PropertyNvestors on the cutting edge of the real estate investment industry.
Roy is a loving husband and father of two as well as a passionate learner and active member of the “Bikers for Christ” outreach ministry.

PropertyNvestors acquires mainly residential real estate from sellers that are motivated or distressed for a variety of reasons. Many situations can occur that would cause a property owner to request our services. These situations include: foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, tenant problems, deferred maintenance, probate/estate sales, job transfers, expired listings, late or missed payments, portfolio liquidation, etc. We are able to provide fast, simple solutions for these sellers and create win-win solutions.
We acquire properties by utilizing credit and capital from our clients. This system of bypassing traditional lending practices allows us to close transactions very quickly and provide our private money investors with returns starting at 10% and reaching 30% APY* (Annual Percentage Yield) in some cases! Our credit partners receive, quite literally, an INFINITE return on their investment as they invest the use of their personal credit, not actual dollars.
Once the acquisition process is complete, we renovate the properties and typically offer them on a rent-to-own basis to tenant-buyers. This process revitalized neighborhoods, builds significant equity in the properties, and provides both short-term cash flow and long-term growth within our portfolios – resulting in excellent returns for our credit partners and private money lenders.
